1. Submission of nomination details/declaration for opting out of nomination for investors is mandatory for all individual Trading and Demat accounts. If you have not submitted your choice of nomination, please provide the same on or before 30th September 2023, failing which the trading account shall be frozen for trading and demat account shall be frozen for debits.

2. Linking PAN with Aadhaar is mandatory !. To avoid restrictions in operating your demat & trading account, please link your PAN with Aadhaar.

3. KYC is one time exercise while dealing in securities markets - once KYC is done through a SEBI registered intermediary (broker, DP, Mutual Fund etc.), you need not undergo the same process again when you approach another intermediary.

4. Prevent Unauthorised transactions in your account -- Update your mobile numbers/email IDs with your stock brokers. Receive information of your transactions directly from Exchange on your mobile/email at the end of the day .......... Issued in the interest of investors

5. ASBA - No need to issue cheques by investors while subscribing to IPO. Just write the bank account number and sign in the application form to authorise your bank to make payment in case of allotment. No worries for refund as the money remains in investor's account.

Procedure for filing a complaint on a designated email id & finding out status of the complaint etc.:- The client has to send an email to wbgrievance@wealthy.in to register a complaint. The status of the complaint will be provided to the client upon asking over the thread mail.
