If you are facing issues with the partner app or web platforms, please read on to try some common solutions or contact us with the issue you are facing. If you have a Relationship Manager assigned, you may report your issues to them.

Before reporting an issue to us, here are a few points which could help you resolve the issue on your own:

  • Check the version of the app installed on your phone and compare with the latest on app store - if your app version is not up to date, update to the latest version and try again.
  • For KYC issues, try completing with the link sent on SMS. This opens in browser and allows you to complete KYC outside the app.
  • If OTP is not received, see if you have entered the correct number - we only support indian (+91) mobile numbers as of now
  • If facing issues with login on web, refresh your browser window. If it still doesn’t solve the issue, clearing the browser cache might help.

If none of these solutions work, reach out to your relationship manager, who will escalate the issue to the appropriate team. Alternatively, you can write to partner.support@wealthy.in with your registered mobile number, email address and with screenshots of the issue for us to resolve it at the earliest.
