Hindustan Zinc Ltd slips for fifth straight session

Hindustan Zinc Ltd is down for a fifth straight session today. The stock is quoting at Rs 493.8, down 0.44% on the day as on 13:19 IST on the NSE. The benchmark NIFTY is up around 0.22% on the day, quoting at 22650.05. The benchmark October futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 493.95, down 0.55% on the day. Hindustan Zinc Ltd jumped 2.38% in last one year as compared to a 12.77% slide in NIFTY and a 10.7% spurt in the Nifty Metal index.

The PE of the stock is 10.19 based on TTM earnings ending September 26.
