Larsen & Toubro’s Power Transmission & Distribution (PT&D) business has secured multiple EPC orders valued at a “mega” scale (Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000 Cr) in India and internationally, including projects in Saudi Arabia for 380 kV transmission and substation work, and in the United Arab Emirates for 132/11 kV substations and cabling. Domestically, the company has also won an order from a private sector developer in Visakhapatnam for a transmission system comprising lines and substations, demonstrating L&T’s capabilities in power infrastructure solutions and leveraging its technology and global presence, as the USD 32 billion Indian multinational continues to operate across diverse domains and geographies.
Trading volume reached 1.43 lakh shares today, a decrease of 89.48% compared to the one-week average volume. Larsen & Toubro Ltd. inched higher by 0.13% year-over-year, outperforming the 9.72% loss registered by the NIFTY50 index.
