Hero Motors Ltd. received reaffirmations from CRISIL Ratings Limited for its debt instruments. These include Bank Loan Facilities of Rs. 400 Crores (Crisil A+/Stable, Crisil A1), External Commercial Borrowings of Rs. 20.85 Crore (Axis Bank Limited), and Foreign Exchange Forward contracts totaling Rs. 15.04 Crore (Axis and Kotak Mahindra Banks). Ratings were also reaffirmed for Overdraft, Term Loans, and Working Capital Facilities.


Sterlite Technologies Ltd. shares increased 1.11% to Rs 920.0, up 11.68% over one week, with trading volume surging 103.44% to 20.95 lakh shares. A subsidiary secured a Long-Term Supply Agreement with a hyperscale partner, valued at approximately Rs 1.2 billion (USD 1.2 billion) from Calendar Year 2026 to Calendar Year 2030. The stock soared 656.77% year-over-year.


Unified Data-Tech Solutions Limited received a Rs 27 crore (plus taxes) purchase order on October 1, 2026, from a domestic entity for an end-to-end cybersecurity refresh. The project, including Application Firewall modernization, anticipates completion within 4-6 months. Promoters and group companies have no interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction is not a related party transaction, per SEBI regulations.


Shanthi Gears Ltd announced that ICRA reaffirmed its [ICRA]AA(Stable) rating for Long-term instruments totaling 38.99 and 28.99, and a Short-term instrument of 0.01. Ratings were also reaffirmed for facilities from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (10.00, maturing September 22, 2026) and IDBI Bank Limited (11.99, maturing September 22, 2026), among others.


Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd. received rating actions from CARE Ratings on September 30, 2026. CARE reaffirmed ratings for Non Convertible Debentures at CARE AA; Positive, Commercial Paper at CARE Al+, and Long/Short Term Bank Facilities at CARE AA; Stable/Al+, revising outlooks from Stable. A rating was withdrawn for an instrument with an outstanding of Rs. 10 crore due to full repayment.
