Steamhouse India Limited secures Rs 311 crore EPC contract for Himachal Pradesh Bulk Drug Park

Steamhouse India Limited has been awarded an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract, along with a 25-year Operation & Maintenance (O&M) agreement, from Himachal Pradesh Bulk Drug Park Infrastructure Limited for a Common Steam Plant and Co-generation Power Plant at Bulk Drug Park, Una, Himachal Pradesh. The project, valued at Rs 311 crore (inclusive of GST), involves a 300 TPH steam plant with a 30 IMW co-generation power capacity and expands the company’s steam generation and distribution platform beyond Gujarat, potentially reaching approximately 1,005 TPH upon completion of all projects. The EPC phase is expected to be completed within 24 months, with the O&M period commencing thereafter, and the project's commercial framework includes a revenue-sharing mechanism from April 2032 to March 2052.
