Welspun Enterprises receives credit rating upgrades and reaffirmations for bank loan facilities

Welspun Enterprises Ltd announced credit rating assignments and reaffirmations from Crisil Ratings Limited, as detailed in a letter dated September 21, 2026. Crisil Ratings Limited has assigned a Long Term Rating of Crisil AA/Stable (upgraded from Crisil AA- /Positive) and a Short Term Rating of Crisil A1+ to Welspun Enterprises Limited for its total Bank Loan Facilities of Rs. 2,600 Crore; reaffirmed the Short Term Rating of Crisil A1+ for Commercial Paper of Rs. 200 Crore; assigned a Long Term Rating of Crisil AA-/Stable (upgraded from Crisil A+/Positive) and a Short Term Rating of Crisil A1+ to Welspun Michigan Engineers Limited for its total Bank Loan Facilities of Rs. 353.58 Crore; and assigned a Long Term Rating of Crisil AA (CE)/Stable (upgraded from Crisil AA- (CE) /Positive) and reaffirmed a Short Term Rating of Crisil A1+ (CE) to Welspun EDAC JV Private Limited for its total Bank Loan Facilities of Rs. 100 Crore.
