United Drilling Tools Ltd. announced it has received an international order from Argentera Engenharia e Serviços de Petróleo e Gas Ltda for the supply of casing pipes with UDT connectors. The order, valued at Rs 73,35,250, is expected to be executed within three months. According to a regulatory filing on September 10, 2026, the company secretary, Anand Kumar Mishra, confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any related parties have an interest in Argentera, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
