VE Commercial Vehicles sales rose 17.7% in August 2026, reaching 8,434 units

Eicher Motors Limited reported that its unlisted subsidiary, VE Commercial Vehicles Limited (VECV), achieved a total sales volume of 8,434 units for August 2026, a 17.7% increase compared to 7,167 units in August 2025. Year-to-date (YTD) sales for VECV reached 41,490 units, reflecting a 15.6% growth over the 35,892 units sold during the same period last year. Domestic sales rose by 19.8% to 7,584 units, while total exports decreased by 2.5% to 578 units. Within the domestic segment, Eicher SCV/LMD Trucks saw a significant 29.0% sales increase, while HD Buses experienced a decline of 29.3% for the month.
