Godrej Properties Ltd Spurts 1.47%, BSE Realty index Rises 1.06%

Godrej Properties Ltd rose 1.47% today to trade at Rs 2075. The BSE Realty index is up 1.06% to quote at 7234.13. The index is up 2.8 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd increased 1.22% and Sobha Ltd added 1.04% on the day. The BSE Realty index went up 3.97 % over last one year compared to the 3.64% fall in benchmark SENSEX.
