Ambuja Cements' bank loan facilities receive IND AAA ratings from India Ratings and Research

Ambuja Cements Ltd announced that India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has assigned ratings to the company’s bank facilities, specifically assigning an IND AAA/Stable/IND A1+ rating to bank loan facilities amounting to 70,000 INR Million, with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals noted by any other rating agencies; this intimation is being provided in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, and will also be uploaded to the company’s website at www.ambujacement.com.
