The company, formerly known as Sattrix Information Security Private Limited, disclosed the information on August 20, 2026, in compliance with SEBI’s Listing Regulations, noting that neither the promoter group nor any related parties have an interest in the awarding entity and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
