Waaree Renewable Technologies secures Rs 22 crore revised scope for a 150 MWac solar power project

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has received a revised scope of work under an existing contract for an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project, increasing the value by approximately Rs 22 Cr (excluding taxes). The company will develop the EPC execution of a Ground Mount Solar Power Project of 150 MWac/217.5 MWp for a domestic renewable energy company, with project completion expected during the financial year 2026-27; the aggregate order size remains at 150 MWac/217.5 MWp as previously disclosed on October 15, 2025, and the terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.
