Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. announced rating actions across multiple instruments and debt facilities, primarily driven by ICRA Limited, which upgraded its ratings for Non-Convertible Debentures totaling 2,231.63, Long term bank facilities amounting to 1,350.00, and Subordinated debt of 60.00, all to ICRA AA+ Stable, revising the outlook from Positive; Commercial Paper of 600.00 was reaffirmed at ICRA A1+; ICRA also withdrew ratings for Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) totaling 504.40, and reaffirmed ratings for SEBI NCDs of 100.00, MCA Subordinated debt of 60.00, and reaffirmed a Programme with a revised Stable outlook; further rating actions were taken on various NCD programmes, Subordinated debt instruments, Commercial Paper (CP) of 600.00, and Bank Limits including a Punjab National Bank limit of 347.37, an Axis Bank Limited Bank Guarantee of 254.75, and Unallocated Limits of 747.88, all assigned ratings of [ICRA]AA+(Stable), while NCDs of 500.00 and SEBI NCDs of 4.40 were upgraded and outlook revised to Stable and subsequently withdrawn.
