HFCL secures Rs 2329 crore, three-year supply agreement with a global multinational corporation

HFCL Ltd. is currently down 1.65% to Rs 244.98, after recently rising and gaining 2.93% over the last week.

HFCL has entered into a three-year supply agreement with a global multinational corporation through its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, securing a contract worth approximately Rs 2329 Crore (equivalent to USD 244 million) for the supply of high-quality, high-fibre-count Optical Fiber Cables (OFC), commencing in calendar year 2027 and extending through calendar year 2029. The company noted that the agreement, which involves the supply of multi-million fiber kilometers annually, reinforces its technological capabilities and competitive positioning within the global OFC market, and does not involve any related party transactions.

Trading volume reached 26.33 lakh shares today, a decrease of 83.6% compared to the one-week average volume. HFCL Ltd registered a strong increase of 243.45% year-over-year, outperforming the 2.21% loss in the NIFTY50 index.
