A-1 Limited secures Rs 38.70 crore supply order from Solar Group of Industries for industrial chemicals

A-1 Limited, formerly known as A-1 Acid Limited, has secured a supply order worth approximately Rs 38.70 crore from Solar Group of Industries for the supply of acids and industrial chemicals, with execution slated from August 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026. The order, which excludes applicable GST, strengthens the company's order book and provides revenue visibility for the second and third quarters of fiscal year 2026-27, and deepens the relationship with Solar Industries India Limited, a prominent player in the industrial explosives and defense sector. The transaction is considered to be in the ordinary course of business and at arm’s length, and the company views this development positively, reinforcing its position in the domestic chemical supply chain and commitment to long-term customer relationships.
