Kotak Mahindra Bank fixes record date for final dividend

Kotak Mahindra Bank has fixed 17 July 2026 as record date for the purpose of determining the members of the Bank eligible to receive the final dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. The dividend, if approved, shall be paid on or before 07 August 2026.
