Vega Jewellers fixes record date for bonus issue

Vega Jewellers has fixed 24 April 2026 as record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of bonus shares in ratio of 4:1. The deemed date of allotment of bonus shares is 27 April 2026.
