Ministry of MSME releases margin money subsidy under PMEGP

The ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises reports the disbursement of a subsidy to bolster over 11 thousand beneficiaries under the Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP). These beneficiaries have secured bank-sanctioned project loans totaling approximately three thousand 200 crore rupees to establish new micro-enterprises spanning diverse sectors. PMEGP represents a key credit-linked subsidy initiative by the government, designed to foster sustainable self-employment through the creation of new micro-enterprises within the non-farm sector.
