Anand Seamless Limited

Anand Seamless Limited manufactures and exports seamless tubes, carbon and stainless steel pipes, and specialised finned tubes. The company operates from its manufacturing unit in Mahesana, Gujarat, and caters to sectors such as heat exchangers, boilers, oil and gas, and industrial equipment fabrication.

The remaining proceeds are marked for general corporate purposes.
Himalaya Nutravedics India Limited

Himalaya Nutravedics India Limited manufactures, markets and distributes Ayurvedic and nutraceutical formulations. The company sells its own branded formulations and also provides contract manufacturing services for products such as capsules, tablets, liquids and medicated oils.

The balance is reserved for general corporate purposes.
