The stated objects include plant and machinery capex, repayment or pre-payment of certain borrowings, and general corporate purposes.
Injecto Polymers Limited

Injecto Polymers Limited is a Kolkata-based manufacturer and trader of polymer-based packaging solutions, incorporated in 1998. It operates two facilities in West Bengal and produces PP woven fabrics, PP woven bags, BOPP bags, leno bags, FIBC bags and LD or polyester pouches.

The net proceeds are proposed for Phase IV expansion at Unit-I in Jaugram, West Bengal, repayment or pre-payment of certain borrowings, and general corporate purposes.
Century Business Media Limited

Century Business Media Limited is an out-of-home media and advertising services provider founded in 1999 and headquartered in Patna. It holds advertising rights across airports, railway stations under the East Central Railway zone, and select metro stations in Kolkata and West Bengal.

The proceeds are planned for media assets, a security deposit for Patna Airport advertising rights, debt repayment, working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
