Advit Jewels Limited was incorporated as Advit Jewels Private Limited on October 29, 2019, in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It converted into a public limited company on April 30, 2025.
The company operates in the B2B jewellery market, supplying to national retailers, regional retailers, and local family jewellers. Its product focus includes handcrafted and custom occasion-wear jewellery, including Kundan Polki jewellery, gold, diamonds, and assorted precious and semi-precious stones.
Advit Jewels has also acquired the registered trademark for the brand name “Rambhajo”. The promoters of the company are Mr. Nitin Gilara, Mr. Prateek Gilara, Mr. Vipul Gilara, and Mr. Krishna Vardhan Gilara. Its registered and corporate office is in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Objects of the issue
