Crisil Ratings reaffirmed Skipper Ltd’s credit ratings, increasing Long Term Bank Facilities to Rs 5106 Crore

Skipper Ltd announced today, October 16th, 2026, a credit rating update pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Crisil Ratings Limited has reaffirmed the long-term rating of Crisil A+/Stable for the company’s Long Term Bank Facilities, with the amount enhanced from Rs 4621 Crore to Rs 5106 Crore, and has reaffirmed the short-term rating of Crisil A1 for Short Term Bank Facilities; there were no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals related to any other instruments.
