According to the terms, payment will be structured with an initial 80% upon proof of inspection and provisional receipt, followed by a final 20% payment alongside 100% of installation charges after consignee acceptance. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in ICF, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.
Trading volume reached 62453 shares today, a decrease of 52.44% compared to the one-week average volume. Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd remained flat year-over-year, outperforming the NIFTY50 index's 7.43% loss.
