Arvind announces resignation of Susheel Kaul as MD & President (Textiles)

The company said Kaul will be relieved from his duties with effect from the close of business hours on 9 March 2026, as mutually agreed between him and the company.

The company's consolidated net profit declined 5.6% to Rs 97.59 crore on an 13.6% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 2,372.64 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.

Shares of Arvind Fashions rose 0.24% to Rs 332.10 on the BSE.
