Tata Technologies fixes record date for final dividend and special dividend

Tata Technologies has fixed 16 June 2025 as record date for payment of final dividend of Rs. 8.35 and one-time special dividend of Rs. 3.35, aggregating to Rs. 11.70 per equity share of Rs. 2 each of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2025.
